POST COSMETIC SURGERY EXERCISE
As a rule of thumb, we do not recommend that exercise is undertaken for 4 weeks after you have had your cosmetic surgery.
When you do come to start exercising again, we do say that you should take things slowly initially, remembering that you will have lost fitness and stamina, and also that your body has had surgery and so may not be quite ready for exercise yet. You need to listen to your body's aches and pains and take them as signals to your general well being and suitability for exercise.
If you are unsure of anything, we would rather you call us to confirm, rather than cause any irreparable damage.
